Lately, I can’t fall asleep as fast as before. I turn, toss and fidget in my bed for hours before falling asleep. Any tips for me?

Struggling to fall asleep can be frustrating, but there are a few things that might help. Try establishing a consistent bedtime routine—your body loves predictability. Avoid screens at least an hour before bed, as the blue light can interfere with melatonin production. A relaxing activity like reading, deep breathing, or listening to calming music can signal to your brain that it’s time to wind down.

Also, watch your caffeine and sugar intake, especially in the evening, and make sure your room is cool, dark, and quiet. If racing thoughts keep you up, jotting them down in a journal before bed might help clear your mind. Hopefully, one of these tricks helps, and you can get back to falling asleep faster! ?✨
