Behind the scenes of when our emails get marked as spam

We want to be as transparent as possible about most operations. In this case, it’s about what happens when one of our emails is marked as spam by either hitting the “Junk” option or moving the email directly to your spam folder.

As of right now, Forum Promotion does not send marketing emails; we only send transactional emails, which can be adjusted via Account Preferences. If we introduce marketing emails in the future, all users who want to receive them will be asked to Opt-in...
