Do you use Moderator Queue?
On one forum, a member signed up last year and I don't know if it was an accidental spam clean or if the IP or email came back as suspicious, but she was banned. A year later she wants her account unbanned. Then she asked to be an Admin saying she has experience. Now she's mad because she was put on Mod Queue after the unbanning and is leaving because she feels unwelcomed. What would you have done?
